Orange Ginger Fizz
(serves 1) 

1.5 oz. gin
1.5 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
.5 oz. ginger syrup (use half brown sugar, half white)
4 dashes Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters
Club soda

Shake all ingredients except club soda together with plenty of ice. Strain into a fresh glass filled with crushed ice. Top with a bit of club soda. Garnish with an orange wedge.
